Welcome Letter Carriers!
This page is created for Letter Carriers for the purpose of sharing postal information, which is so vital to such a large and diverse group of mail carriers. I am (was!) a city Letter Carrier in Rolla, Missouri, and union steward of NALC Branch 343. I am still a member in good standing of Branch 343, and just received my 25-year pin. However, this is my personal web page and is not an official web site for Branch 343.
With all of the recent storms across the USA, USPS employees need to know that Brookfield Uniforms is willing to donate uniforms to USPS employees that have lost their uniforms due to a natural disaster or fire or some other unfortunate event. NALC Directory
Check out the NALC Directory, it's a list of contact information for NALC Branches around the country. The list is compiled by Pete Marutiak, NALC Branch 504. It took him over 5 years to gather the information, "to foster communications between branches from across the country." As he says, "The greatest strength of the NALC lies in the individual member and the strength of combining so many across such large distances." He'd appreciate your help in keeping the directory current, so if you see any outdated information or have new information, be sure to contact him.
